This User Signup Agreement and Terms of Use ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Slimji, the owner and operator of the website www.slimji.com, its mobile applications, and related digital platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), and you, the individual or entity accessing or using the Platform ("User", "You", "Your").
By clicking "I Agree", creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement, Slimji’s Privacy Policy, and all other policies incorporated by reference.
If You do not agree to this Agreement, You must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1.1 Account means the registered user profile created on the Platform.
1.2 Content includes all information, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, workout plans, diet plans, progress data, and other materials available on the Platform.
1.3 Services refers to fitness, nutrition, wellness, coaching, consultations, programs, subscriptions, and digital tools offered via the Platform.
1.4 Consultants means independent trainers, dietitians, nutritionists, or wellness professionals associated with Slimji.
1.5 Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

7.3 Any disputes between You and a Consultant shall be resolved directly between the parties.
8.1 Certain Services require payment of fees as displayed on the Platform.
8.2 Prices, plans, and features may be modified at Slimji’s discretion.
8.3 Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways, and Slimji does not store sensitive payment information.
8.4 Unless expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable.
9.1 You retain ownership of content You submit or upload.
9.2 You grant Slimji a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use such content for Platform operations, analytics, marketing, and service improvement.
9.3 Slimji may remove content that violates this Agreement.
10.1 All Platform content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software are the exclusive property of Slimji.
10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
11.1 Slimji may collect personal data including but not limited to name, contact details, age, gender, health preferences, fitness data, dietary information, usage data, device information, and communications shared on or through the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
Slimji is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by You in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slimji from claims arising from Your use of the Platform.
Slimji is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Indian laws govern this Agreement. Courts in [City, India] have exclusive jurisdiction.
Slimji may revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable.
